Hermes: Disruption to parcel shipping – your parcels can also be affected

Users of the Hermes parcel shipping service reported to us around 2:30 p.m. on Monday that they were increasingly experiencing problems in the provider’s online area. According to the messages in our Hermes fault reporter, shipment tracking is particularly affected.

So you may not be able to check exactly where your package is. You can find out whether your packages are also affected by tracking the shipment on the website or in the Hermes app. Over 50 percent of those affected also report other problems to us. It is quite possible that the service only works to a limited extent for you.
