(CercleFinance.com) – The Hexaom group is publishing this evening a turnover of 260.6 ME for the 1st quarter of 2022, up 13% compared to the same period a year earlier.
This growth is driven in particular by House Construction (+13.9%, to €204 million), BtoC Renovation (+3.6%, to €37.4 million) and Land Development (+145.1% , at 6.4 ME).
‘For 2022, due to the excellent commercial performance recorded over the whole of the 2021 financial year, and despite an extension of construction times, the Group’s production should once again show growth’, estimates the group which aims to gain market share and strengthen its positioning as a housing generalist in France.
Hexaom adds that it will remain ‘very vigilant’ on maintaining its margins in an economic environment marked by tensions on materials and subcontracting (inflation and availability) and in a context of application of the new RE 2020 regulations. .
