Hexaom: +3.5% turnover in the 3rd quarter, objectives confirmed

(CercleFinance.com) – Hexaom publishes a turnover of 203.6 ME for the 3rd quarter, up 3.5% compared to the same period a year earlier.

In detail, activity increased by 7.6% in House Construction, by +13.4% in B2C Renovation but fell by 52.9% in Land Development and -11.5% in Real estate development.

During the first nine months of the year, turnover increased by 8.4%, to €755.6 million.

In this context, the group is targeting growth in its 2023 turnover (on a comparable scope of activities) of around 5 to 7% with improving operational profitability.

For 2024, in a market that remains difficult, particularly in the first quarter, the Group expects a decrease in production of around 25 to 30%, anticipated for several months.

‘A vigorous action plan was thus gradually put in place aimed in particular at adjusting the cost structure to the market downturn, preserving margins and controlling WCR’, underlines Hexaom.
