EFFECTIVE TRANSFER OF HEXAOM SHARES ON THE EURONEXT GROWTH PARIS MARKET ON JANUARY 9, 2023
HEXAOM announces that the transfer of the listing of its shares from the regulated market of Euronext Paris (compartment B) to the multilateral trading system Euronext Growth Paris will be effective on January 9, 2023.
The request for admission of HEXAOM shares on the Euronext Growth Paris market was approved by the Euronext Admissions Committee on January 4, 2023.
This transfer, the project of which was authorized by the general meeting of HEXAOM shareholders meeting on November 7, 2022, will allow HEXAOM to be listed on a market offering a flexible regulatory framework adapted to its size and market capitalization. by reducing certain operating constraints specific to the Euronext Paris market. The transfer to Euronext Growth Paris should also simplify the operation of the company and reduce the costs relating to its listing, while allowing it to continue to benefit from the attractions of the financial markets.
HEXAOM will continue to deliver accurate, precise and sincere information, bringing to the attention of the public any information likely to significantly influence the price, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 596-2014 of April 16, 2014 on Market Abuse (“MAR”).
