Released in 2019, death stranding had shaken the small world of video games with its particularly original universe, its cryptic writing, its five-star cast, and its gameplay very focused on delivery and hiking. Hideo Kojima, Norman Reedus and Léa Seydoux thus put the cover back with a sequel.
The legendary Hideo Kojima even honored us with his presence alongside Geoff Keighley to… not say much more, preferring as usual to keep a lot of mystery around his projects.
All we know for now is that the coronavirus pandemic would have greatly influenced the man in the development of his new game, so much so that he rewrote the whole thing in relation to his initial ambitions. For more information, the brilliant creator however indicated that many details are presented in the trailer above.
