ProSieben has announced the broadcast date and venue of the “TV total Wok-WM” comeback – and is attracting visitors with four new shows.

Broadcast date and venue of the “TV total Wok-WM” by show inventor Stefan Raab (55) have been set. “In Winterberg, the woks will rush down the ice chute on November 12,” revealed ProSieben boss Daniel Rosemann on Tuesday about the comeback of the sports show after seven years of abstinence in his station’s program.

“More ProSieben from ProSieben to ProSieben”

And that’s not all, the station will focus even more on its own productions in the future. In addition to audience favorites like “Who is stealing the show from me?”, “Germany’s next top model – by Heidi Klum”, “The Masked Singer”, “The Voice of Germany”, “Beat the Star” or “Joko & Klaas against ProSieben” it will be give a new self-produced Sunday evening program.

“Sunday evening will be the fifth evening of the week on which we show almost exclusively our own productions,” explains Rosemann. “We are continuing on the path that we successfully embarked on four years ago: More ProSieben from ProSieben to ProSieben.” This new “extension of the weekend feeling” starts in October.

“Country Challenge”, “Mission: Job Unknown”, “Local Hero” and “World Most Dangerous Roads”

The first four Sunday programs have similar components: the audience accompanies celebrities to “places of longing” and experiences their adventures from the sofa.

In the live show “Country Challenge”, for example, a celebrity has to find ten bridal couples who dare to bungee jump in South Africa. At the end of each episode, the TV audience decides which celebrity convinced them the most when solving the task.

The “Mission: Job Unknown” (six episodes) sends celebrities in teams of two to a new job. Sven Hannawald and Mario Basler become lifeguards in Mexico, Lucy Diakovska and Nadja Benaissa ghost hunters in Ireland, Viviane Geppert and Thomas Hayo work as bodyguards in the USA, Oliver Pocher and Laura Karasek end up on a cheese hut in Romania and Verona and San Diego Pooth the station sends to a chocolate shop in Venice.

In “Local Hero” two celebrities end up in Scotland, Mexico or Japan and have to master the most exciting traditions and bizarre customs there. “The winner wins fame, honor and a priceless immortalization in the respective country,” says the broadcaster.

Mud tracks in the Peruvian rainforest, potholes in the Bolivian highlands, a coastal road in Madagascar… In “World Most Dangerous Roads,” as the working title goes, 16 celebrities get behind the wheel in pairs and try to take the most dangerous route in a country by car master.
