Actress Hilary Duff has had an addition to the family. She announces the birth of her third child on Instagram.
Family addition to actress Hilary Duff (33, “Gossip Girl”): The singer has become a mother for the third time and is happy about the second child with husband and musician Matthew Koma (33). Duff announced the baby news on Instagram, but only indirectly.
The “Lizzie McGuire” star published a photo of her youngest daughter, Banks Violet (2), on her Instagram account. About the picture of the girl in the bathtub, Duff wrote: “I’m a big sister … I still have to figure out how to find it!” Actress Debi Mazar (56) commented on the post: “Wait a minute !!! Banks is a BIG sister !? Well then … I hope that you and the family are fine! Congratulations!” When she asked whether it was a boy, Mazar had not yet received an answer.
Duff has yet to reveal the name or gender of her baby. The actress had previously said that she wanted to be surprised, but had the feeling that it would be a boy.
Hilary Duff and Matthew Koma married in December 2019, after daughter Banks Violet had been born a year earlier. Duff also has a son named Luca from his first marriage to ice hockey player Mike Comrie (40).
