(Boursier.com) — Hiolle Industries takes 7% towards 4 euros this Friday, while the group has just published its 2021 results. Consolidated turnover increased by 19% to 88.9 ME, while Ebitda climbed by 174% to 12.2 ME . Operating income reached 7.25 ME against 1.08 ME a year earlier. The net result stands at 5.31 ME, against 79 KE a year earlier. Shareholders’ equity at the end of the period amounted to 35.9 ME, financial debt was 21.1 ME and active cash amounted to 14.1 ME.
Backed by a good order book, visibility until 2025 in certain sectors and significant investment capacity, the group intends to pursue its development through controlled organic growth and new external growth projects. The executive board will propose to the annual general meeting of shareholders on June 1 a dividend of 0.1 euro per share for the 2021 financial year, i.e. a total amount of 942 thousand.
