According to information from the actu.fr website, the nurse's mobile phone was activated for several hours during the night of Tuesday 9 to Wednesday 10 February 2021, two months after her disappearance on the night of 15 to 16 December 2020 in Cagnac-les-Mines (Tarn). Her relatives, hearing this news, tried to reach her all evening. But no sign of life.

Three hypotheses
Three hypotheses can explain this reactivated cell phone: Delphine is alive, or her captor has turned on the phone by accident, or someone has taken control of their device remotely. The idea of a hacker is the most plausible. Already on January 13, 2021, his Facebook account was activated for a brief moment. The Toulouse Research Section had concluded that there was a hack.
This phone remains an essential part for investigators. The device stopped broadcasting on December 16, 2020, within a radius of 2 km around Delphine's home in Cagnac-les-Mines. Despite a massive citizen beating and searches of the house of the divorcing couple, the phone was never discovered. Even the neighboring sewers have been probed, like the river Tarn, the surrounding ponds and woods. The investigation opened for "kidnapping and forcible confinement" remains open.
