But on Friday, November 12, Lisa changes her version of the facts and confesses her lie. “The young girl said she had lied. Not having been kidnapped and having gone to Sablé-sur-Sarthe on foot. Since her confession, investigators have been trying to understand why the girl lied. This Sunday, November 14, the newspaper Release learned that instructions were given in his school. According to daily information, teachers and students should not talk about the subject in high school. A close friend of Lisa informs that “This is the only way to protect her”. And the girl’s friends are worried about the consequences of her lie. “Everyone here knows each other. She will never be able to resume her life as before, it will continue her ”.
A lie in a previous case?
Lisa will soon have to undergo a psychiatric examination. According to the information of Parisian, during her hearing, the young woman spoke of a trauma going back to a burglary of which she would have been the victim in 2019. A previous case on which the investigators are looking to find out if she also lied at the time of the facts. The girl faces up to six months in prison and a fine of 7,500 euros for having denounced “falsehood to the judicial or administrative authority of the facts constituting a crime or an offense which exposed the judicial authorities to unnecessary research”.
