Hisense is launching a new refrigerator, and not the least. The RQ760 SmartScreen easily stands out as the most expensive model in its catalog, since its recommended retail price is close to €3,000. To encourage consumers to invest such a sum, this new multi-door model can both rely on an XL volume of 575 liters and a wealth of more or less rare equipment. Among these, a wifi connection and a large screen should help limit food waste.
From the supermarket to the plate without ever going through the trash can
The new RQ760 isn’t Hisense’s first connected fridge, but wifi here should allow you to do a little more than change settings remotely. For example, we can find in the ConnectLife mobile application a shopping list created from the touch screen, which is a first for the manufacturer.
This SmartScreen interface more precisely gives access to applications like Jow for online shopping, and Hisense has also provided a food management tool allowing you to add expiry dates in order to be alerted before it is too late. to consume them without taking risks. The Marmiton application will also be offered to find recipes if needed. Of course, it would be a shame to only be able to display text on such an imposing panel. It will also be possible to share your smartphone screen there, for example in order to watch videos.

In addition to its screen, the new RQ760 SmartScreen refrigerator can count on other assets, starting with ventilated cold (No Frost) for the refrigerator part as for the freezer part, of 350 and 235 liters respectively. Of course, there are also specific compartments in the refrigeration section for storing fruit and vegetables or meat, and Hisense also insists on the solidity of the shelves, mounted on metal brackets. There is also metal on the entire bottom: it must allow a more homogeneous distribution of fresh air, while maintaining a minimum of humidity to prevent the food from drying out. Finally, the new refrigerator from Hisense includes a dispenser for water, ice cubes and crushed ice.
