The ProSieben format “Schlag den Star” is entering another round. On May 8th Claudia Effenberg will duel with Carmen Geiss.
ProSieben shows the next edition of “Schlag den Star” on May 8th. This time Claudia Effenberg (55) and Carmen Geiss (55) will duel in up to 15 competitions – including popular games such as “embarrassing or cashing”. Both are combative in the run-up to the show, which is to be shown at prime time.
According to a press release, Effenberg said: “Now it’s over with shopping and champagne on the boat. Now Robääääärt can’t help you anymore if I pluck your hair – it’s real, isn’t it?” With “Robääääärt” is of course meant Robert Geiss (57), Carmen’s husband, who can be seen together in the reality format “Die Geissens – A terribly glamorous family”.
“Now you have to dress warmly”
But Geiss obviously doesn’t want to let that sit on her. She counters: “Dear Claudia, now you have to dress warmly, but that could be a bit difficult with your dirndl. You are maybe four months younger than me, but when I’m done with you, at least four years older!” The winner of the show can look forward to a 100,000 euro prize money. Elton (50) will moderate as usual, Ron Ringguth (55) will again comment on the individual competitions.
