(CercleFinance.com) – Neoen and Alight announce the signature with the H&M ready-to-wear chain of a power purchase agreement (PPA) for 90 MWp of green energy in Sweden, i.e. the largest solar PPA concluded in this day in this country.
Under the terms of this long-term contract, the Hultsfred photovoltaic park will supply H&M with green electricity and guarantees of origin, bringing it closer to its goal of 100% renewable energy supply.
Co-developed and co-owned by Neoen and Alight (Neoen being the majority shareholder), this park will be equipped with low-carbon solar panels. The construction of the plant should be launched in the second half of 2023 with commissioning scheduled for 2025.
