(CercleFinance.com) – Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies announces its first external growth operation by acquiring ABC Broyage, a pure player in grinding located in the North of the Dordogne, to internalize the processing of its raw materials.
Thanks to this acquisition, the group integrates an industrial activity which will allow it to grind blast furnace slag, a co-product from the steel industry and one of the raw materials used in its H-UKR and H-IONA cements.
The operation therefore allows the manufacturer of innovative cements without clinker to gain independence in the grinding of its raw materials, expand its sourcing capacity and secure its margins in an inflationary context.
