Hogwarts Legacy: Poppy, Hufflepuff’s student doesn’t seem that nice!

After Sebastian Pallow, Slytherin student, and Natsai, Gryffindor student, it’s the turn of poppy, Hufflepuff student to reveal more about Hogwarts Legacy: Hogwarts Legacy! The only thing missing is the Ravenclaw student whose identity is still unknown today.

Introducing Poppy Sweeting

We had already seen Poppy in the State of Play gameplay trailer and we were introduced to her as a nice student very cute who loves fantastic animals and even manages to hatch a little bird. We all remember this adorable moment in the trailer where we see this young Hufflepuff showing the hero the hatching of a little Fociferous yellow.

Here is the French translation of his official presentation: “Poppy is a bright, compassionate young girl who has a deep knowledge and love of creatures. In fact, she thinks creatures have far more redeeming qualities than most people, and she has a particular aversion to poachers. and those who work with them.”

His description is undoubtedly reminiscent of Norbert Scamander but she seems to hide a dark side behind her kindness.

Poppy, not so nice?

If her qualities of empathy and kindness are beyond doubt, her unconditional love of animals could perhaps make her dangerous and give her desire to massacre the many poachers of the game so that justice is done. Maybe Sebastian is the one who will teach us two unforgivable spells in order to save her twin sister but Poppy could very well, too, use powerful spells to harm dark mages and other poachers without it being simple defense. In the teaser image anyway, she’s frowning and doesn’t look that cute.

That said, it would make sense to see that Poppy wants to help corrupted creatures at all costs. As you surely know, some animals in the game will be under the influence of dark magic (probably due to the Goblin Ranrok) and she will certainly want to save them. Poppy should also play the role of the one who will teach us to take care of the fantastic animals that we can then put in our Magic greenhouse.
