Definitely, the communication around the RPG Hogwarts Legacy: The Legacy of Hogwarts does not intend to stop in such a good way. Since the long State of Play at the start of the year, presenting us then with 15 breathtaking minutes of gameplay, the official social networks of the game tirelessly publish small nuggets almost every week. Of course, most of the tweets simply repeat video sequences that we already know, but sometimes we are treated to surprises like the recent video from ASMR revealing never-before-seen images of Hogsmeade and its emblematic stores. We were also able to discover, in HD, the four new coats of arms of the Slytherin, Gryffindor, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff houses, or even, this week, the functioning of physics on wizards’ robes.
Hogwarts Legacy: The bug that makes all game developers laugh
Today, Chandler Wood is back on Twitter. The official community manager of Hogwarts Legacy decided to share the creation of one of the developers of the game: a samein music, on one of the most known bugs currently internally. It is obviously Rollins Wimbler who is at the origin of the video below showing Sebastian’s character completely buggy. He seems possessed and Rollins decided to add a little techno music on top so that his psychedelic movements are on the same rhythm. In short, the result is hilarious. There is no doubt that Internet users will hasten to take over the video in order to add the famous music of Shooting Star!
Hilarious yes, but above all new
In the meantime, this new video once again shows us new “gameplay” for the game. We understand that Sebastian, a Slytherin student, is one of the characters who can accompany us on missions outside of Hogwarts. As a reminder, the RPG will be played entirely solo and the only way to play “several” will be precisely to involve NPCs close to you in-game. The player and his friend seem to be in one of the many dungeons that the game will offer and Sebastian seems to be stuck in a hellish loop: it’s as if he has entered the combat phase and is was being mistreated from a distance by many spells.
Last notable fact: we notice that when Sebastian takes damage, his body turns red. While in the gameplay trailer, during the spell duel, it turns green. Surely there must be a difference between attack spells, defense spells, etc.
In any case, It’s extremely reassuring to see how transparent the developers are about what’s going on in the game. This proves once again that they are working tirelessly to refine Hogwarts Legacy until release, still scheduled for the end of 2022 on all platforms.
