(CercleFinance.com) – Holcim announces that it has completed the acquisition of SES Foam, the largest independent spray foam insulation company in the United States, with estimated net sales of $200 million in 2022 and a double-digit growth record.
Based in Spring, Texas, it offers solutions like SucraSeal, the first sucrose-based spray foam insulation to be certified by the United States Department of Agriculture for its high content of biobased products.
Together with the recent acquisitions of Firestone Building Products and Malarkey Roofing Products, pro forma net sales of Holcim’s roofing and insulation business are expected to reach 3.5 billion Swiss francs in 2022.
