Holidays at home: 24 creative ideas

You don't go away on vacation? Great! Then you have all the more time for these cool things that make your vacation at home really fun.

The corona crisis is currently thwarting your vacation planning? Too little money, too much work, family commitments? There are many reasons why families spend their vacation at home – or at least part of it.

Children usually find this stupid at first. You can also experience so much at home – and one or the other micro adventure is guaranteed to be right on the doorstep! 1. Go on a night hike.

The very brave go into the forest – but the next park can also be very exciting in the evening. It gets even more mystical with a torch.

2. Bake pizza together.

3. Build a miniature garden.

You don't even need a balcony – just a bowl or a pot, plants and a few ideas.

4. Visit a part of your city that you don't know yet.

The best way to do this is on foot. How is it there? What playgrounds are there? Are there parks? A nice snack or a delicious ice cream parlor?

5. Dress up and come up with a play.

And the neighbors can look at it.

So wonderful to fall asleep under the stars and wake up with the first twittering of birds. You only need a garden or balcony, a hammock, a tent or mattress and a good sleeping bag. If you don't have that – ask friends or drive out into the countryside.

For example, the aunt you liked as a child. Gives extra karma points. ❤️

12. Go into the forest.
