This is how you style the Hollywood curls
You need:
- brush
- Heat protection
- Curling iron
- Hairspray
Requirement: The hair must be dry. Comb your hair well – and if you want, you can tease the roots a bit.
That’s how it’s done:
- Wear one Heat protection on your hair – it protects your hair from drying out.
- Gather your top hair in a bun and leave the lower hair open (comb through again if necessary).
- Part a section of hair from the lower hair – so that the heat from the curling iron can work, it shouldn’t be too much.
- Use the curling iron to twist the strand of hair. Important: The Hollywood Curls should curl away from the face, that is, you wrap the strand of hair not forward around the curling iron, but backward. Let the heat of the curling iron soak in for a few seconds, then open the wand so that the curls fall out. To prevent the curls from hanging out too quickly, twist them in a little with your fingers until they have cooled down.
- Continue strand by strand across all of the lower hair.
- Open the upper hair in the bun (comb again if necessary) and twist in every strand here as well. Again, make sure to curl the hair away from your face: This opens the face and does not let the hair fall unfavorably into the forehead.
- Gently run a brush through your hair: This makes the curls softer and more even.
- Sluggish Hairspray to fix the hairstyle.
