Honeywell: 2024 objectives raised after an acquisition

The diversified industrial group, which until now was targeting a turnover of $38.1 to $38.9 billion this year, now says it is forecasting a 2024 turnover of $38.5 to $39.3 billion.

As expected, the acquisition will have an accretive effect on its accounts, since its operating margin is now expected between 23.8% and 24.1%, compared to 23% to 23.3% previously.

The acquisition of Carrier’s Global Access Solutions business – estimated at some $4.95 billion in cash – should enable the conglomerate to strengthen its portfolio on three megatrends, namely automation, future aviation and transition. energy.

The stock posted a gain of 0.1% Monday at the start of the session on the New York Stock Exchange.
