Honor of Kings: World resurfaces, the open-world action-RPG unveils a trailer

It’s been a year now Honor of Kings: World had given no further news. In October 2021, the game had been presented for the very first time and had the ambition to rely on a strong license (at least in Asia), namely Honor of Kingsto offer an ambitious action-RPG that could appeal to the console and PC market. TiMi Studio is finally ready to show us more about the game, and if the proposal is still attractive, this new trailer has something to leave more doubtful.

Downgrade in sight?

This new video takes us a little more into the universe we are going to visit, since the game will be an open world. We see several biomes there as well as the character’s ability to move quickly, with a glider and a kind of grappling hook that is reminiscent of the Filoptera of the last monster hunter. We also see several playable characters, without knowing if this is a harbinger of a gacha mechanic or not.

We are also forced to note that the trailer is less flattering to the retina than the first, but it has the merit of offering sequences with a slightly more stable framerate (even if we can still see some serious drops in it).

Honor of Kings: World still does not have a release date to share with us, and the platforms have not yet been specified.
