HOPIUM ISSUES A TRANCHE OF 200 BONDS CONVERTIBLE INTO SHARES AS PART OF THE LOAN CONCLUDED WITH THE COMPANY ATLAS SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES

“), French manufacturer of hydrogen vehicles, in the development phase of an industrial prototype and associated technologies, including a fuel cell system, proceeded to draw a fourth tranche of the bond loan concluded with the company Atlas Special Opportunities on September 20, 2022, consisting of 200 convertible bonds (the “
OC
”) in shares with a nominal value of 10,000 euros each.
As with the funds received during the drawing of the previous tranche, the issuance of the CBs is intended to provide the Company with the human and technological resources necessary to support its growth. The funds raised will be intended primarily to finance R&D expenses for the development of the technological platform, including the high-power fuel cell, as well as operating expenses.
In addition, as part of its new strategic plan, the Company continues to explore other sources of financing, including by way of appeal to the market, and/or through industrial partnerships.
The terms of the CB are described in the press release published by the Company on September 21, 2022. This line of financing is implemented on the basis of the twentieth resolution approved by the Combined General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on June 20 2022. A monitoring table of the number of CBs in circulation, as well as the number of shares issued upon conversion of the CBs is kept up to date on the Company’s website ( https://www.hopium.com/ ).
