(AOF) – Hopium announces the appointment of Stéphane Rabatel to the position of President and CEO, replacing Sylvain Laurent. This change in governance “is part of the execution of the strategic pivot initiated by the group under the chairmanship of Sylvain Laurent in order to develop a hydrogen fuel cell system dedicated primarily to the heavy mobility sector”. A graduate of Ensta, the new CEO was notably general director of the company Inocel which is carrying out a high-power hydrogen fuel cell project.
The Hopium board of directors also co-opted a new director in the person of Mr. Rodolphe Cadio. He has been the financial director of several companies, some of which are publicly traded.
