(CercleFinance.com) – Hopscotch Groupe announces the convening, for January 31, of an extraordinary general meeting as part of the previously announced acquisition project of the Interface Tourism agencies in France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands on July 28.
The purpose of this EGM is to ask shareholders to decide on the contribution in kind to the group of a portion of the capital of the International Tourism Communication Group Company (ITCG), bringing together agencies in France.
The remuneration for the acquisition of the company ITCG in France will mainly consist of 236,279 Hopscotch shares to be issued, representing 8.54% of the capital of the communication group before increase.
