Hopscotch announces the acquisition of the remaining shares of the SOPEXA group

(Boursier.com) — HOPSCOTCH Groupe, a communications consulting group, a major player in the social web, public relations, events and marketing services, has just finalized the acquisition of 34% of the shares of its subsidiary SOPEXA, bringing thus its 100% participation.

The SOPEXA international network, specialized in the promotion of agri-food products and sectors, and recently joined by the Interface Tourism agencies, offers Hopscotch a presence on 5 continents thanks to 40 offices which allow it a capacity to intervene in more than 60 countries.

With this acquisition, the group intends in the short term to display the Hopscotch brand in all offices around the world, and thus accelerate the already existing marketing, commercial and operational synergies.

This operation is part of the group’s trajectory to continue its internationalization and consolidate its position in communications consulting, particularly in the Art of Living sector. The ambition is for each of the offices to be able to bring together the maximum amount of expertise in terms of professions and sectoral skills.
