(AOF) – Hopscotch has unveiled its turnover for the first half of 2023, showing a turnover up 6.2% to 115.6 million euros. Gross margin, up 8.2% over the period, came to 41.3 million euros. On the strength of its dynamism, the group is accelerating its growth through acquisitions and has communicated in particular on the acquisition of the European communication group Interface Tourism, a specialist in destination marketing in the Tourism and Art of Living sector.
Many synergies are expected to develop the presence of Interface Tourism in new countries based on Hopscotch’s global network. The acquired group has around 100 employees, will contribute more than €8 million to the Gross Margin and will be consolidated in 2024. Completion will take place at the end of the financial year.
