Just like his eldest, Horizon Forbidden West will indeed have the right to a DLC. Named “Burning Shores”, this upcoming additional content was made official during the Game Awards 2022 ceremony and was, moreover, unveiled in a new trailer.
Horizon Forbidden West’s ‘Burning Shores’ DLC Coming April 2023
They are April 19, 2023 that players on PS5 will be able to return to Aloy’s side to check out Horizon Forbidden West’s “Burning Shores” DLC. The events narrated in this additional content take place in a brand new region, resembling a volcanic island, which is actually Los Angeles. There, Aloy will meet new characters and will certainly have to face the gigantic machine present at the end of the trailer.
As previously reported, the ‘Burning Shores’ DLC will become available in April next year, but only on PS5. No PS4 version seems planned. At this time, Guerrilla Games and Sony Interactive have yet to share any details regarding the price of this expansion. Obviously, we will keep you informed as soon as we know more about this.
