As Horizon: Zero Dawnits sequel Horizon Forbidden West will arrive on computers in a Complete Edition. Sony had made this port official last September, specifying that the PC version was developed by Nixxes Software. Today we finally have concrete information.
Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition release date is set for March 21, 2024 on PC via Steam And L’Epic Games Store. As its name suggests, this edition will be ultra complete, with the base game, the expansion Burning Shores and pre-order bonus content, detailed right here:
- Black Tide Outfit and Black Tide Arc (available only through pre-purchase);
- Nora Legacy Outfit and Nora Legacy Spear (available only by linking your Steam account to PlayStation Network);
- 2 special outfits (Elite Carja Juggernaut and Elite Nora Lightning);
- 2 special weapons (the elite Carja Juggernaut shortbow and the elite Nora Lightning melt);
- An in-game resource pack, including ammo, potions and fast travel packs;
- An Alpha Claw Attack piece in play;
- Exclusive photo mode features (special pose and face paints).
The PC version of Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition propose to A frame rate unlocked, customizable graphics settings and various technologies as NVIDIA DLSS 3, AMD FSR, Intel XeSS, NVIDIA DLAA And DirectStorage. The title will also be compatible with screens of different sizes, namely theultra-wide (21:9), the super ultra-wide (32:9), 48:9 and even configurations with three monitors. Sony specifies that Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition will be playable with keyboard+mouse with customizable controls or with a controllerwhether via Steam Input or the DualSensewhich will benefit from adaptive triggers and haptic feedback like on PS5.
