Horoscope: Your zodiac sign reveals how emotionally intelligent you are

Our emotional intelligence, i.e. the ability to deal constructively and healthily with our feelings, is, like most of our properties, by no means chiseled into our soul or unchangeable. With every day and every new experience we develop and learn – about ourselves, our fellow human beings, life, the world. For example, we all find at some point that pain and disappointment don't kill us and that it is better to be hurt than never to open up or hope. Almost everyone experiences in the course of their lives how annoying it can be in retrospect when we listen to others – instead of our own intuition.

For many, emotional intelligence increases with increasing (self-) experience, because over time we become more familiar with our feelings and learn to deal with them better and better, especially if we live mindfully and confidently. Nevertheless, there are of course personalities who find it fundamentally easier to understand emotions and use them for themselves and their fellow human beings, and those whose strengths are more likely to lie elsewhere. You can find out how your zodiac sign is predisposed to emotional intelligence in our gallery.
