Sounds logical, doesn't it? So many use nail oils, creams and Co. to make them look better cared for. The problem: cuticles are dead – and what is dead we can no longer bring them to life. No matter how expensive, unusual or special your care is.
On his YouTube channel, nail stylist Frank Schäberle (professional tips for nail stylists) shows how it works properly instead – in just five minutes. Without cutting. All you need is a good cuticle remover, for example alessandro Cuticle Remover or the Artdeco cuticle remover and a simple nail brush.
You just apply this cuticle remover to your nails and let it work for five minutes. You don't have to push anything back. Then you take a brush and then rub your nails under running water. What is happening? The cuticle remover softens the completely dried up, dead, horny cuticles and the brush works like a peeling.
According to the expert, this always works, regardless of whether you wear gel nails, nail polish or simply nothing. It is only important that you rub gently. We don't want to irritate the skin too much. You can do this routine about two to three times a week, or even daily if your cuticles are completely horny.
It is best to do this routine in the evening, then you can then apply a hand care or a nail oil and go to bed. This gives the skin enough time to regenerate. Of course your nails don't look great again after a treatment, you have to give the whole thing some time.
