After rumors of a love affair between Horst Lichter and his wife Nada, the “Bares for Rares” moderator speaks plain text.

TV star Horst Lichter, 61, has been married to his Nada since 2009. The couple met in the 1990s. After rumors of separation recently circulated in the tabloid media, the former TV chef and “Bares for Rares” presenter has now made a clear statement on social networks.

Horst Lichter: “At the moment my sweetheart Nada and I are again adorning many covers…”

“Not everything that’s in magazines is true,” explained Lichter in a two-minute Instagram video. “At the moment my sweetheart Nada and I are again adorning many of the front pages of this wonderful Yellow Press – only the content is really wrong,” explained Lichter further with regard to the current reporting.

Rather, the couple would begin their 27th year together in August. “It’s very unusual nowadays,” says the TV star with the distinctive beard in the video. An end to the marriage should therefore also not be in sight. “By the way, we both intend to pull this off until I’m up there sometime,” explained Lichter with a look at the sky.

Lights also firmly rejected speculation about his changed beard, which some observers took as proof of a new love. “Nonsense, I’ve grown and I think it looks good. And if you don’t like it: My God in heaven, I don’t judge others either.”
