A month and a half after the spectacular power failure during the international football match between Austria and Denmark in the Ernst Happel Stadium, the lights around the Vienna Prater went out again on Saturday evening. The power failure on June 6 was caused by a defective connector of a power cable. At that time, around 1,500 households were affected, 90 percent of which were reconnected to the grid within an hour. For parts at the green Prater and at the Lusthaus it was not until the following morning that time again.
