Household scenes: why was Marion Game (Huguette) absent from the prime in Corsica?

While M6 was broadcasting an unreleased premium of “Household Scenes” last night, fans did not fail to notice that Marion Game, alias Huguette, was not present. What are the reasons for his absence?

This Tuesday, January 17, M6 broadcast a new bonus of Scènes de Ménages, the humorous pastille of the channel which has been a great success for more than 13 years. Entitled “Ça se Corse…”, this 90-minute fiction saw couples go to the island of beauty to treat themselves to a vacation… far from being easy.

Between heavenly beaches and wild mountains, their stay promises to be full-bodied, punctuated by multiple encounters with colorful characters embodied by select guests.

A character, however, left for Corsica without his other half. Raymond (Gérard Hernandez), who was dumped by Huguette, goes to the island to join his childhood sweetheart.

His companion indeed left with the doctor who took care of his hip, and she took her vital card with her. He has no choice but to go get her. He therefore sets off in search of his great love but unfortunately he does not manage to find her…

If Raymond does not manage to get his hands on Huguette in this exceptional bonus of Scènes de Ménages, it is for a single and good reason: Marion Game, the interpreter of the octogenarian, did not participate in this episode. An absence which of course has not gone unnoticed by fans of the daily soap opera.

Marion Game was tired when filming the prime shot in Corsica in sometimes difficult conditions”, thus explained M6 to our colleagues from Télé Loisirs. “In consultation with her and her family, it was decided that she would stay in Paris to rest.”

Viewers will therefore not see her in this bonus, but they will continue to see Raymond and Huguette every evening in the daily Scenes of Households.“This absence of Marion Game is therefore only temporary and Huguette will be back in the next episodes. Something to reassure fans of the series.

Note that this Monday, January 23, a new couple, embodied by Fanny Cottençon and Didier Bénureau, will make their arrival in Scènes de Ménages. The first will play Christine, an attractive sixty-something bourgeois, while the second will slip into the skin of her new companion, Gilbert, a very awkward and somewhat stingy retired worker.

Find new episodes of Scènes de Ménages every evening from Monday to Friday from 8:30 p.m. on M6.
