Hollywood star Jason Momoa has revealed how he gets into “Aquaman” shape. It has nothing to do with giving up – on the contrary.

Jason Momoa (44) apparently has an easier time than many of his colleagues getting into superhero shape. The actor now revealed that he doesn’t need any extreme changes to become Aquaman. The 44-year-old will be hitting theaters with “Aquaman 2: Lost Kingdom” next week.

To prepare for the action role, the actor does not pay attention to calories. “I just eat,” Momoa told E! News. His diet plan was also flexible, he ate “everything”: “Because you burn so many calories, I just eat and consume. I’m constantly moving and work long hours.” Momoa added: “I just shovel it in and then work hard. Work hard, eat hard, play hard, just do it.”

Jason Momoa prevents injuries

Jason Momoa also explained that his diet and fitness regime is more about keeping his body healthy in order to film physically demanding scenes. “I don’t really do it for vanity,” he said in the interview. “It’s more about me not getting hurt. You have to be prepared. You put on a suit that weighs 40 pounds. You have to be able to move. That kind of action just puts a lot of weight on your knees. So you do “Just do it so you don’t get hurt.”

Paul Rudd is tormenting himself

Does his colleague Paul Rudd (54) like to hear that? The 54-year-old isn’t a fan of the diet plan he has to follow to transform into Marvel hero Ant-Man. He called it “terrible” and “restrictive” and explained that his preparation for the film “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” was a real “horror trip.” According to US media reports, Rudd said when he was a guest on the comedy food podcast “Off Menu” that his diet plan for the superhero film was so intense that mineral water became a treat for him. “That’s how terrible this diet was. I thought, ‘Okay, I can have some soda now, I deserve it.'” He added: “It wasn’t flavored, I didn’t want to go crazy.”
