In a blog post published yesterday, the Redmond firm states that it has received many comments from its customers to improve the notification system in Shifts. This is the reason why she decided to get to work integrating several changes.

From now on, managers will be able to selectively inform the members of their team concerned by the assigned work slots and/or the open work slots. In particular, this will ensure managers that notifications will only be sent to the employees concerned, and not to all staff. Additionally, notifications will provide more information, such as date, time, and location. Convenient to better understand at a glance what’s going on.
