When you use Siri on your HomePod, it has a default voice. It is often suitable, but many do not know that it is possible to change it. Here’s how to change Siri’s voice on HomePod or HomePod mini.
How to change Siri’s voice on HomePod?
First, make sure your HomePod is installed and set up in the Home app.
- Select the HomePod whose voice you want to change. If you have several, you will have to repeat the operation for each of the Apple connected speakers.
- In the window that opens, scroll down until you reach the Settings menu.
- Then scroll down until you identify the Siri option block.
- Two parts interest us here, the Language line and the one named Voice of Siri.
- Normally, the language is French, but you can use other French-speaking languages, to have different voices in addition.
- By tapping on the Voice of Siri line, you then have the choice between two different voices.

- Each time you press a voice, you will have a quick extract to help you choose.
- To the right of the voice, a small symbol tells you that it has been selected.
