I rely heavily on Google Calendar. Thanks to this service, I keep my days, weeks and months well organized. However, by default Google gives you only one calendar. If you’re not very busy, only work with one client, or only stick to one schedule, that’s fine. But if your daily life is too busy to fit into a single calendar, you’ll be happy to know that Google makes it easy to add multiple calendars to its interface.
But why would you need multiple diaries? The answer to this question is simple: Flexibility. It’s not just about being better organized, but having the ability to set up each calendar differently. For example, you can set up one schedule for popup notifications and another for email notifications. You can also share access to one calendar and keep another private.
Whatever your reason for wanting to add calendars to your Google Account, here’s how
Required conditions
The only things you’ll need are a Google account and a web browser (as you can’t add calendars from the mobile app). Google Calendar is supported by almost all browsers. So you can do this from Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Vivaldi, Safari, Edge or even GNOME Web.
Once everything is ready, let’s create a new calendar.
