How to refuse the My Health Space account?
You can oppose the creation of the My Health Space account, either on your own initiative (before receiving the email or letter), or within 6 weeks of receiving the notification.
To do this, even if it may seem counter-intuitive, you must… begin by initiating the activation process.
- On the Mon Espace Santé website, click on “Activate my health space”.
- If you have not received your provisional codeyou will need to generate one by entering your vital card information – even for a refusal, because this step allows you to identify yourself.
- You will receive the code by SMS or email.
- Once this identification step has been completed, you will be taken to a window where you can make your decision. Tick “I oppose the creation of My health space”then on Carry on. This refusal will not prevent you from activating it later if you change your mind.
How to delete my My Health Space profile
If you have not had time to oppose the creation of your account, within 6 weeks after the email or email, or for any other reason, it is possible to completely delete your My Health Space profile.
To do this :
- Click on your name in the top right, then on “Settings”.
- Then click on the “Profile closure” section.
- Check both consent boxes, and your profile will be deleted.
