In an interview given to Current wifehair expert Andréa Da Costa, gave us her advice on how to revive the shine of white and gray hair with just one product in her routine hair care : rinsing vinegar. Indeed, this ingredient “can be useful for preserving the shine of white and/or gray hair, it is recommended to use it as the last step of your ritual“, specifies the hair specialist. This tip is not new, vinegar (cider, white, pomegranate, etc.) helps bring light to your mane while fighting against the yellow reflections that can appear with the time.
Natural anti-dandruff treatment, shine booster or treatment against oily hair, vinegar has many benefits for our hair. However, it is necessary to apply it correctly and at the right time in your skincare routine to benefit from all its virtues.
How to apply vinegar rinse to hair?
If you want to incorporate vinegar rinse into your routine, it’s very simple. Just dilute it in a container with water. Count 4 tablespoons of vinegar for 1 liter of water, according to the site My Hair Color.
