How to support women's entrepreneurship

For several years, the number of businesses created has continued to increase and it seems that the economic crisis linked to the coronavirus has not slowed the pace. But what about the women who, as we know, have been severely affected by the crisis? In April 2020, a survey carried out by the Bouge ta box network among some 500 VSE executives revealed that 40% of them had lost more than 70% of their turnover in one month. However, not sure that the candidates for business creation have given up entrepreneurship.
Over the past 30 years, the number of businesses started by women has grown at a record high. Parity has not yet been reached, but in 2019 they represented 40% of business creators in France. More numerous, companies led by women would also be more efficient. Businesses run by women are on average 8% more profitable than businesses run by men.

Starting a business first requires a viable project, but also suitable support. While this Monday March 8 will mark the 44th International Women's Day, aufeminin is organizing a Facebook live on aufeminin entrepreneurship with three talented business creators who will share their experience with us.
