How to tidy up your living room in 5 minutes (top time)? : Current Woman The MAG

Even if you are a fan of the Marie Kondo method, your living room can be in a mess. You probably don't want to spend your weekend tidying up, so you might as well be efficient! We motivate ourselves and we get active. By following our advice, you will see, it is easier and faster than it seems

1 – Clear the air

Get rid of everything that has nothing to do with your living room: children's clothes, toys … by putting everything in a large basket or basket, for example. Good thing these accessories are so trendy that you can find them in all decoration stores. At the end of your storage, you can dispatcher the contents of your bin to tidy up without dispersing yourself.

2 – make piles

Collect the books and make a nice pile on the coffee table. Better yet, but that's if you have a little more time (and the inclination) you can also store them right in the library. Do the same with magazines and throw out those that are obsolete.

3 – Gather the trinkets

Group vases and other small trinkets at the same right or in small groups: this will give the impression of a staging worthy of a decoration magazine.

4 – Hide the remote controls

Gather all the remotes in one place. If necessary, invest in a nice box or storage compartment to store them. You will see, you will find them much more easily (and it is prettier!).

5 – Align the cushions

Put the cushions back on the sofa and pat them to bring them back to life. Fold your plaid in two or three lengthwise to get a neat rectangle and place it on the back of the sofa. You can also once obtained the rectangle, roll it to make a cylinder. Finally, put the ottomans or armchairs back in the right place, the living room will appear even tidier.

There you have it, your living room has taken on human form in no time. You now have a few minutes left to dust off, with a microfiber or feather duster, and vacuum.
