Withdrawal at your bank counter

First possibility, go to your bank branch. Indeed, it is still possible to withdraw cash directly from the counter, and in particular with the largest banks. Several methods are possible here. For example, your bank may ask you to complete a withdrawal slip with the bank account references to be debited. An identity document is also requested. You can also withdraw money from a cash mandate, a check issued by a third party, or even a traveler’s check.

For cash withdrawal at the counter to be possible, your bank branch must nevertheless be equipped with a cashier service. Withdrawal via a mobile application is also available in the group’s banks Credit Mutuel. To benefit from remote withdrawal, contact your advisor so that he can activate e-withdrawal and send you a code by SMS which will allow you to withdraw the money from the ATM. Once this first operation has been completed, the service is available directly from the customer area or the mobile application. The bank also opens this possibility to children of the account holder, or even a relative. Please note, however, that the majority of agencies allow cash withdrawal from a mobile application only from their distributor, inquire directly with your bank branch.
