HP Inc: 11% increase in EPS in the 1st quarter


(CercleFinance.com) – HP Inc unveiled on Wednesday evening, for its first quarter 2023-24, adjusted EPS (non-GAAP) up 11% to $0.81, in the middle of its target range of 0.76-0.86 dollars, with adjusted operating margin improving by 0.8 points to 8.4%.

The hardware maker’s revenue fell 4.4% to $13.2 billion, including a 4.9% decline at constant exchange rates, with similar contractions in its PC business. and printers.

Also showing almost zero free cash flow over the first three months of the financial year, HP confirms that it is targeting target ranges of 3.25-3.65 dollars for adjusted EPS and 3.1-3.6 billion for the FCF over the whole of 2023-24.
