The IT hardware and solutions group will complete the all-cash transaction at a price of $40 per Juniper share, representing an equity value of approximately $14 billion.
“This combination allows HPE to evolve into higher-growth solutions and strengthen its high-margin networking business,” explains HPE, which expects it to be accretive to adjusted EPS and FCF during the year. first year following its completion.
