Hubris: its very close PC VR release date announced, Meta Quest 2 and PSVR 2 versions to come

We were able to get our hands on the demo ofHubris during the NextFestival of Steam last February and, since then, several teasers have emerged and raised the hype around the studio’s game Cyborn.

During our previewwe have been pleasantly surprised by the visual quality of the title and the promises of the studio. Unfortunately, the demo we were able to try had many bugs and above all left us wanting more. Indeed, it had taken place in the first phase of the game, not very inclined to fights. She then immersed us in the skin of a recruit in training to become an agent OOO (Order Of Objectivity, supposed to bring order and avoid wars between the planets and the factions of this universe). We took our first steps there to familiarize ourselves with movement, taking a few climbing or swimming passages, but also various mechanics to go from point A to point B and use the crafting.

“We were blown away by the reaction we saw at gamescom and it’s really exciting to finally be able to launch Hubris in just over a month,” said Ives Agemans, CEO and Game Director at Cyborn. “At Cyborn, we know how important it is to make the most of the possibilities offered by VR, and we believe that Hubris will represent a new step for the genre, offering an immersive experience that will push VR platforms forward. »
