The Unknowns are ready to find themselves on the big screen. Almost eight years later The Three Brothers, the return, the mythical trio formed with Didier Bourdon, Pascal Légitimus and Bernard Campan will be back in the cinema. The latter confirmed it to AFP on Friday, saying he was “delighted” to find his “comrades”.
But Bernard Campan underlined that it is “not a film of the Unknowns”. “So on this occasion, the band is going to reform but it’s not, as I’ve read or heard, ‘The band is going to reform on stage or…’. No, it’s for the occasion of a film in which we are going to participate and I am delighted, “he continued, during an interview to promote his film. Almost, directed with Alexandre Jollien and which will be released on January 26. “We are not yet saying the name of the director who is finishing the script,” said the 63-year-old comedian.

Tuesday, on RTL, Didier Bourdon went further by evoking a possible return to the stage, still very hypothetical. “We want to do something,” he said. “After that, that’s the timing. The trio found themselves on screen in 2014 for their fourth film, Les Trois Frères, le retour. A reunion then celebrated after thirteen years of solo career. In 1995, their first film Les Trois Frères had triumphed with more than 7 million spectators and won the César for best first film.
