Hunt Showdown gets a big update with a quest system

Still endowed with a great community, Hunt Showdown continues to quietly update itself, this time with a brand new quest system.

Crytek’s FPS Hunt Showdown offers its community a brand new quest system that’s quite unique. Indeed, players can summon quests to complete when they start a game, with very specific challenges like taking down enemies, locating boss lairs, etc.

A great way to keep the Hunt Showdown community alive

There are a total of five difficulty levels ranging from Simple to Legendary. Obviously, players get more stars by completing challenges on the higher difficulties. Each week they can earn up to 30 stars, which provides a maximum reward of 25 Blood Bonds. This in-game currency which allows you to recover, in particular to obtain skins for hunters.

The feature where you are the heroes

Finally, the available quests are reset every Monday. Always in the spirit of listening to the community and taking into account the opinions, Crytek invites Hunt Showdown players to contribute to the development of the functionality. To do this, it’s very simple, just use the hashtag #SuggestAQuest on social networks. The best idea will be retained for a future game update. Not bad, isn’t it?

Fatih Özbayram, Senior Producer for Hunt: Showdown explains:

The new quest system gives players more control over the in-game challenges they want to complete and a chance to get more rewards every day. Hunt is a community-driven game, and this exciting new system expands and evolves as we evolve, based on player feedback. We’re also excited to give fans the chance to see their idea for a quest implemented in-game. The Hunt community is full of creativity and we can’t wait to see what ideas players come up with!
