(CercleFinance.com) – Hunyvers announces today that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring the company Marine Plaisance Service, a specialist in the sale of boats based in the heart of the peninsula of Lège-Cap Ferret ( Arcachon bay).
This operation, whose final closing is expected on June 30, 2023, remains subject to the satisfaction of the usual conditions and procedures.
This acquisition would be the second made by Hunyvers in the nautical sector. The takeover of the Nautic group in September 2020 had thus enriched the scope of the Company with three concessions for the sale, rental and management of pleasure boats. Revenue from the Nautical activity thus represented 3.7% of Hunyvers’ total revenue for the 2021/2022 financial year (9.7% including the future acquisition).
After this operation, the Company will continue to study new opportunities for external growth in the yachting sector, with the aim of remaining focused on the geographical scope of the central western Atlantic.
