With nearly 50 years of existence and acquired by its current owner in 2017, Ypo Camp Sublet is a company specializing in the distribution of VDL. It brings together sixteen employees spread over two points of sale and has a store and a workshop to provide after-sales service and the preparation of vehicles. The company also offers financing solutions that can be integrated into the Perspective group, the financing prescription company of which Hunyvers is a founding member.
Ypo Camp Sublet achieved an annual turnover of more than 12 ME for its financial year ended August 31, 2021.
The final closing of this acquisition should take place no later than mid-July 2022 following the lifting of the last conditions precedent. Hunyvers has set itself the objective of bringing the profitability of its new acquisition back to group standards within two years. To do this, it will rely on its 360-degree offer strategy integrating associated services and its management model built on centralized support for concessions.
This acquisition, as well as the recent one of Martin Caravanes, illustrate Hunyvers’ desire to strengthen its territorial footprint thanks to an active policy of external growth enabling it both to extend the regions it covers and also to establish its position in the areas where it is already present.
