HRS wins the Euronext 2021 IPO award in the “Small & Mid Cap” category

Grenoble, June 7, 2022 – HRS, designer and manufacturer, European leader in hydrogen refueling stations

announces the awarding of the 2021 Euronext IPO Price – “Small & Mid Cap” category at the 10th edition of the Euronext annual conference, which was held on June 7, 2022 in Paris.

Each year, the stock market Grands Prix awarded by Euronext are intended to highlight the most significant operations in their sector of activity and to encourage the best practices of the marketplace. For each category, the winner is chosen by a jury of experts taking into account quantitative and qualitative criteria.

During this 2022 edition, 4 prizes were awarded: two in the IPO category (Small & Mid Cap and Large Cap), two for equity financial transactions (Small & Mid Cap and Large Cap).

This award salutes the success of the initial public offering of

HRS

which succeeded, to date, in the largest IPO on the Euronext Growth® market. As a reminder, this operation, carried out in February 2021, was a tremendous success, allowing

HRS

to raise 97.3 million euros. The enthusiasm had been supported by leading French and international institutional investors, as well as by a large number of individual investors. This had been illustrated by an aggregate demand which had represented 5.7 times the initial supply of shares.

This award is all the more significant for

HRS

that 2021 had been marked by a record number of IPOs, with 33 transactions on Euronext and Euronext Growth.

Hassen Rachedi, Founder Chairman and CEO of

HRS

and Olivier Dhez, Deputy Chief Executive Officer: “N

We are very proud to have won this award for the best IPO Small & Mid Cap 2021, during the Euronext Grand Prix of the stock markets. It rewards the largest fundraising on the Euronext Growth market since its creation. We would like to sincerely thank all the investors once again for their trust and the tremendous enthusiasm surrounding our project, as well as all of our partners who have accompanied us and contributed to the success of this operation.

The funds raised have already enabled us to considerably accelerate our development and play a major role in the democratization of hydrogen in transport. We are going to accelerate further in the coming months with high-capacity stations, of 1 ton/day and more. Manufactured within our future industrial site, these stations, which are the most advanced, will enable us to consolidate our position as the French leader in the sector and one of the largest manufacturers in Europe.
